    I was in really good shape put it still took a few days of little headaches and having to take it a little slower. It took 3 days to find them. the next four days we called in three within bow range but it was always thick and couldn't get any shots.

    Does anyone still use creating?

    Creatine is one of the supplements that actually works. I have found it really beneficial in short to moderate rep range strength training. I have not notice any effects in long endurance type workouts. I also tend to add 4-5 lbs body weight when i take it regularly for a few months.

    Plantar Fasciitis - still....

    A massage gun works great for this and other general muscle soreness. I got a decent one on amazon for $140. It has worked a lot better than rolling out with a roller or golf ball.

    I started out with a foam pad in the bottom and a 40lb bag of water softener salt. I worked up to 80 lbs for a max hike of 8.5 miles. Adding 10 lbs of homemade (gal ziplock plus duct tape) sandbags every month.
