Average velocity is 1986 w/ 29fps ES.
The velocities are higher with the 209, but not as accurate or as consistent. The same 80gr (by weight) results:
Avg Velocity 2013fps
ES=56fps
SD=24fps
So, not terrible but not worth it imo. At least. That's what I've got so far.
I'm still testing...
I eventually bought 3 additional packs- KUIU, SG, and EXO to test them SxS. I discovered the EXO ended up feeling the best for me under heavy load and sold my Kifaru.
I never found a fix for my lumbar issue on the Kifaru, but I don't have it with the Exo FWIW.
I have an Mrx in .50 cal. I shoot sub moa, with a 10fps SD using:
250gr. THOR hammer
80gr. (meticulously weighed) Pyrodex Select RD
CCI 209M primer
I'm currently testing Bh209 loads now but haven't found anything as good as above... yet
Not 100% I want to sell, but i am considering an ATS65 HD soley for the weight savings... so testing interest.
Comes with scope skin and a Phone Scope adapter.
$1900- I'll update with pics soon.
Like new Kuiu Pro LT4000 (Phantom), Hipbelt Pockets, Tall Frame, 28-34" hipbelt, and Stalker 5000.
I like using the stalker on the outside of this bag. You can just buckle it off in a few seconds and have your possibles needed for a stalk. It can also be used inside the bag as shown.

Bikes have front and rear fenders with rear racks, powerful headlamps and tail lights, promax handlebar with ergonomic...
Brand new harness (literally opened yesterday) that came with 12x50s. Will fit any binos under 7.75" tall. Easily the quietest bino harness I've touched but I'm a marsupial guy... might eventually regret it but I have a system.
$80 shipped. PayPal
This is not the case for me. I've been backpack hunting for a long time and have had numerous people verify the fitment is correct, including Frank and Dayna.
Serious question, what's the heaviest load and over what distance you've used in your pack? If you've never packed half an Elk out for...
I've gone back and forth with customer service multiple times. I've sent numerous pics in of the fit and by all account, it's setup correctly. Maybe I just am anatomically different from some cause it'll make my back bleed if I don't put tape or moleskin on my tailbone.
