Have you reached out to CA to see what they think caused that with factory ammo? I'd like to think that that they would be concerned and would want to fix this.
Excessive heads pace will usually have real flat primers from the primer backing out and the case slamming back on the bolt face and on the backed out primer.
The Scopecam is nice quality piece of kit but you need a spotter with a wide rubber eye piece for the short aluminum fingers to grip. It didn't work on my Athlon Ares 65mm.
Personally I'd go with the D18. You have a factory sporter contour. The Rokstock spotter contour with free float your barrel. The D18 will super free float it and the Sendero will super duper free float it. In the end it's up to you. If you have the patience to dig through the Rokstock...
