    Personal Locator Beacon/SPOT... 50 square miles

    I had a Spot when they first came out, worked fine sending out OK messages. I now have an InReach mini with the flex plan. The ability to text anyone with no cell service is great.

    Caping knife?

    I won the Outdoor Edge set with the saw, skinning knife and caper that came in the all in one leather sheath. I contacted Outdoor Edge and was able to purchase the correct individual nylon sheaths for a very reasonable price.

    Thanks for the reply. I saw the size restrictions and the pack is 28" long. It just seems like all the videos I am watching guys are taking their packs that look to be about the size of the Kuiu on the plane

    Well the garage attic got insulated and I am impressed. Seems to be about a ten degree jump in the temp with no extra heat source.

    Doors are insulated and face north. The rv bay has the outside wall and faces west. There are three windows(wont open) that are about 14' up on the outside wall.
