    YKK uretek tan/coyote

    I want to make some multicam gear and want the YKK zippers that mystery ranch and other gearmakers use. Seems like its a coyote brown ykk uretek zipper. It seems impossible, however, to buy these. Any leads?

    Heavy duty 2 in webbing for belt

    I got some milspec 2 inch webbing to go with some new plastic cobra buckles, but the belt folds when supporting a shot shell bag I've made. I'm looking for a sturdier webbing, ideally in a tan color. Any suggestions?

    Dirty spork

    If I feel like it needs a cleaning, i put a sturdy stick through the little hole at the top and roast it over the fire. Sometimes I put it in the boiling water pot for a minute. Of course I try and rinse it in hot water after eating too.

    cooler question

    I got an 80qt Cabela's polar cap cooler. I don't remember but I think it's cheaper than rtic and it supposedly holds ice longer. It recently was featured as best rotomolded. Best yet, it's got Cabela's warranty so if you don't like it, take it back. I've been happy with mine.

    Binos harness waterproof or not?

    Does a binos harness need to be waterproof? I was looking at some of the lightweight versions and a feature that is promoted is that they are waterproof. Is that really necessary considering any high end binos is totally waterproof anyways?

    Just picked up the Cabela's polar cap cooler 80qt for this Houston hurricane last week. I put 30 pounds of ice in on Thursday and on Tuesday it still had a few cubes left. That's 5 days with 30 pounds of ice placed into the ambient temperature cooler. Is this normal performance or to be...
