Only diff is weight and price. I use the aluminum with the heavy bracket and the weight comes out perfect for me. with the alum bracket it feels too light but its all personal pref.
I use the 15" Bee Stinger Counter slide to keep the weight down a tad from 2 QD mounts etc while still giving some balance and staying somewhat compact.
im in the 20 pt boat with you. Just looked at the numbers and about 400ish people over 20 points and another 400ish with 20 points. So assuming every unit with less than 10 tags doesn't offer a NR tag it will take around 20 years to get through the people above us just to put us in the max...
Just got my Alum with 3 finger steel bracket today. Weight balance is perfect with that setup. So far I like it better than my Ascent. Really quick to set up and start firing with. The only advantage the scott has is the small band that closes the hook for you. But thats just something to...
did you measure the actual letoff? curious what you got. On my SE 34EVL the actual letoffs measured on my LCA scale were 93 91 89. Lucky stops fixed that though
I like the bloodline 330s better than the hexx. A lot cheaper and a bit heavier than the Hexx. The BL weight would split the diff between your 2 setups.
In case anyone else is waiting, I ordered a triple stack custom head on S&S Sept 23rd and it arrived today. It never showed shipped on SHOP and came USPS instead of Fedex but its here in about 3 months time and not the 4-6 months they are quoting.
just a slight change in your grip, how the bow sits in your hand and induces torque, can really affect the arrow flight. If you shim and you still have the same issue its how you are gripping the bow and not the bow itself. I can change my grip just a bit and go from a bullet hole to 1"+...
Set everything back to the beginning and play around with the grip and see what happens.
if you want something cheap and portable for the press you can get a little craftsman folding work bench on amazon for about $40
With the MRT system you can adj the housing to your peep while keeping the sight in close if you like to keep things more compact. They are also coming out with a new 3 pin sight. I think S&S has them on their site
