Reliable Short Range Whitetail Scope

I went through the same thing with my SWFA. I bought a trijicon accupoint 3-9 and love it for hunting. I have the mildot and it works great in low light. Both the scope and the illumination make it superior for low light. Doesn't have FFP, but I use the mildot and don't dial on this setup.

Yep, If you got the skills- it's a good shot. The distance is all personal. I compete in 100yard archery challenges and can make some great long shots. In a hunting situation, I feel i would get too rattled to make that shot 100% at longer range.a Some guys got ice in their veins and...

I agree 100% with the 20 yard and under frontal shot. I haven't shot an elk this way, but many deer. They are walking straight to you and suddenly they SEE you. At close range they are gonna bolt and you won't get a better shot. Practice this shot and be 100% confident. No 40 yard...

We have officially come full circle!
