For what it will cost you to own. Operate. Maintain, insure. Fly enough to be proficient. With a super cub. You could afford 2-4 major fly out hunts a year and not have to loose sleep at night worrying about your airplane.
So, I’ve taken brown bears with a rifle, pistol, and bow. I guess spear is the logical next choice.
Anyone here have any spear experience with any hunting? This is a new endeavor and I’m researching it but there’s a lack of good info I can find on quality spears, makes or models out there?

We saw a couple does and that was it. Only about 7 deer total counting ones in the headlights at night. Deer numbers appear to be in the toilet.
