I live on a small 200 acre lake. Have the GF, kayaks, and a nice Old Town canoe. The canoe gets used very very rarely. Sounds more fun than it is. Kayaks get used frequently. My intention was to use it on the river, but I got a float tube for that and it is far more enjoyable.
I concur. Have had a Coleman SaluSpa for last couple years. It's been the cats azz. This will be year three, and if it shits the bed I'll just order another one for the 4 hundo or so I paid for it.
I'm afraid it's all publicity unfortunately, and you'll probably see Rocky Balboa training Iron Mike.
But, I do hope Tyson snaps and see's the Eye of the Tiger and knocks the kids block off! I've seen more than one unstable interview with Mike. The crowd, the lights, the noise, maybe he'll snap lol
Been many years, but I would give Klay Mangis from Mangis Guide Service a call. Even if you don't go with him, he's got extensive knowledge and likely point you in the right direction. No affiliation, but he treated me right a number of years ago on a trip out there.
I'm a few years off from the retirement gig yet(hopefully) but have been doing the Gulf Coast FL getaway the past five years. We time it for the Spring fishing, which works great. Get a break from the Michigan winter, avoid the FL spring breakers, and the weather is usually nicer by then. Even...
I put Bilstein adjustables on all four corners of my 2019 when new and also went up a tire size. 285's with Vision Offroad wheels and a slight offset. I'm pushing 100K trouble free miles so far(knock on wood) and got about 75K out of my first set of BFG's.
Feel your pain, but will agree with WF above. Knocking out some air squats every hour or two really seems to help out. As for the Walking Pad, my GF wanted one of these things in the worst way. The one pro I can say about it is, its small and easily moveable for use and storage. That's where the...
2019 with 95,000 trouble free miles so far. Been a great truck. You'll love the back seat space if the 5.5 box isn't a deal breaker. Everything you hear about mileage is true, I get 15 on a good day. Came from a 14' Ram that spent too much time in the shop from 80-100K miles.
He's right! We average 150-200" of snow each winter with 300+" common just up the road in higher elevations. We've pretty much had one week of winter. Freezing temps and a 16" snowfall that has since melted. Other than that, it's been spring-like with temps near or above 40. Similiar to the rest...
Cool project and kudos on the patience and stick-to-itiveness. I'd have introduced that thing to my chainsaw, gas can, and infamous bic lighter in short fashion after the first couple issues!
I had a Versatube structure for a few years. Didn't hold up well, and assembly was a pain with holes not aligning, etc. Finally just added lean-to's to garage last summer. Utilize one for outdoor kitchen/bar area.
Use the Sawyer's regularly, seems to have little affect on those little bastards. In my area, it used to be wood ticks out numbering the deer ticks, that has changed in recent years and now deer ticks seem to be the majority. Not cool.
