    Sounds like a one off fluke. If you have the brightness cranked all the way up, the dot can appear oversized. I used mine to make hits today on a ~30 inch gong at around 125ish yards.

    Kore, wear mine every day, from jeans and shorts, to under a duty belt. Get the two pack, one leather one nylon and save the leather for more formal occasions, nylon for every day use. The ratchet system is so easy to adjust and fine tune, I don’t know if I could ever go back to a standard belt.

    Start at 38ish and work up. I ran up to 42.5gr. Didn’t hit pressure but it shot well at 42 so I left it there. Throated long and using necked down Hornady 6 creed brass.

    The best carry gun is one you’ll carry every day and practice with regularly. A quality midsize double stack 9 is tough to beat(Glock 19 or similar).

    Weekend availability. I typically work 60+ hours between Friday morning and Monday night. Getting a Saturday/Sunday off is pretty much off the table without a couple months advance notice and burning vacation time.

    JES can rebore some pretty thin barrels, he did a 338-06 on a Kimber Montana for me and said he’d have no issue cutting it out to 358 based on the barrel thickness.

    I'm doing a 30 Nos,, 9 twist 21-22 inch barrel. Sitting on a pile of 215 bergers and 199 hammers. Hope to have it back in time to find a bear before the end of the year.
