I purchased this Bearikade “Weekender” for a Montana trip a couple years ago that I unfortunately had to cancel, so it has never been used. I have a couple buddies that have these and do use them and love both the light weight, and that they no longer have to mess around with pulling bags up...
Couple of buddies built their own tipi. Turned out really nice. Think they were into it closer to $300-$350 when all said and done. They also spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to build a titanium stove, but couldn't get the materials cheap enough and wound up buying a ti goat...
Use the Bully Bull grunt tube, but don't really have a 'go-to' reed. Seems every year I try out another half dozen calls. Don't have any of Paul's though - guess I better do something about that...
Thanks BH. Seems like alot, but the times I've brought flip-flops, I haven't used them. Would certainly be nice to give the feet a breather before hitting the sack!
ryan - Agreed. Pendleton works for me. If it's just a night out, I can usually justify can of a good micro-brew as well...
