    Speer made/makes a 270 gr Gold Dot SP... fing some of that data. BTW The M69 with that bullet and slow burning powder like H110 or W296 will get your attention. The tracker will be more forgiving... just 2 cents.... good luck

    You’ll run out of OAL due to the tip in some guns but that can be cut off with a razor. It’s a 265gr xtp. The .430 is the size most 44 bullets measure in dia. if that is your concern.

    CO legality question

    If you run into a warden...you didn't go in far enough. :D I've had them at camp and handguns in holsters. I've never been asked about that before season, just a basic license check at best. I'm in agreement with the posters that say you wont be harassed unless you are doing something dumb...

    Kifaru Paratarp or Garbage bags will work....The addition of a tarp would be my recommendation. Even a small one comes in handy for such things.

    Foot care

    I find that keeping your feet in "boot shape" is the key...Preparation versus healing time. 4 days isn't much time but I'd use some blister pads or similar. I hope you addressed the reason for the wet feet! I like a soak and some "Bag Balm". Cover in cotton socks and sleep in them.
