    G5 havoc

They did not do well in some of the BH tests that I have read. I looked at them the other day and did not like the design. They are very sharp though.

    Black Eagle Or Goldtip Arrows

BE has more of a varied selection from thin to slim to fat and all between, plus a good selection of spines. I shot a BE Ramgage through a dryer, that's 4 layers of steel and still shoot the arrow.

whats your hunting arrow for 2014. shaft, fletch, nock, braodhead

You need to clean the inside of the shafts well with acetone and prep with a brass rifle brush first. I like to put the brush at the end of a drill. Then use the 24 hr epoxy that Easton sells for the HITs. If you do that, they will not move. I have very high KE and not had any issues with...

    200 FMJ dangerous game

Yes, your best bet is to use the above mentioned shafts. You will have a tough time getting a high FOC with the FMJ DG as they are over 17 GPI. The GT Kinetics in 200 spine are a very tough shaft. I used them and also use Black Eagle Rampage in 250 spine.

Yes, the GT outserts are junk. I prefer either the HITs or the Firenock Aeroinsert in stainless steel.

whats your hunting arrow for 2014. shaft, fletch, nock, braodhead

One bow will shoot a 250 spine BE Rampage tipped with a Firenock stainless steel Aeroinsert and Exodus 125 grain. Nock will be Firenock A nock and Flex Fletch Flash vanes. The other, a BE Carnivore with Firenock insert and the new Firenock BH. Firenock S nock and FF Flash vanes.

    What Quiver?

I'll trade you two TS quivers for a red stag hunt? :)

What's your broadhead choice for 2013?

I had good success with them. They are improved with an all steel version in 125 grain. I need steel due to my high KE. I killed 3 deer with the GD and all were done after the shot, but might have been due to rocks in the ground after pass throughs except one hit a large bone. The other 5 deer I...

    Let's Talk Fletching Jigs

The best jig out there is the Firenock jig. But it is not cheap. It is a work of art though. Will cost between $350 and $800 depending on the attachments. Just in case anyone wants the Rolls Royce of fletching jigs. :)

    Best Long Draw Bow

I have owned a couple of NB bows, but never a Hoyt. Personally, I can't stand their riser designs with that bar, but that's just me. What's great about NB is that you can speak to Kyle directly and he will make it right. The NB are binaries, which means they will tend to have a little more...

    Best Long Draw Bow

I have yet to find a bow that gives you an additional 10 FPS for each inch of DL above 31". With the LD bows (32" and above) designers have to change the design of either the cam or mod some in order to keep the draw cycle relatively smooth or they would not be as smooth as their lower DL bows...

    Best Long Draw Bow

They make it in a 32" version. Heck, I have one that draws 33.5", but that was a custom with longer limbs. It is my favorite bow. I could hold that bow back all day.

    Slick Tricks and D6 >>------------->

That's good to hear. Gary always told me that he would never produce one. Guess the new owners have seen the potential since it appears that the Deep Six concept has caught on some.

    Best Long Draw Bow

Don't do the longer Dloop. Get a bow that fits. There are enough good bows that draw to 32" or more. I have a 33.5" DL and have owned just about every LD bow out there except Hoyt. I kept the New Breed Eclipse. NB Cyborg is also nice for a binary. Also check out the PSE Freak with DC cams. Stay...
