    Staying warm while glassing ridgelines during Oct-Nov

    After all these years I’ve learned that it’s all about having WINDPROOF jacket and pants. If you layer properly, you shouldn’t get cold unless it’s below 10 degrees. Another key thing that helps are the adhesives body warmers that you can stick to your very first layer!!

    I agree with Pods!! You can try putting it in the freezer but I think even if the remaining velvet dries, it will still smell rotten. You would prolly be better off stripping the velvet. If it’s a monster have fake velvet sprayed on, or you can always stain the horns and keep it hard horned...

    Sitka TIMBERLINE Pants? Are they worth the money?
