    What tripod head do you use?

    Manfroto MVH500AH head (1.98lb fluid video head retails for $130ish) with a Manfrotto MT190CXPRO4 tripod. total weight is like 5.5lbs. the head will hold 11lbs. the tripod is rated for 15lbs - the head weight. I bought the whole setup for around $520

    yeah, that's what I use. Haven't had any issue with it. Low light performance could be better compared to some cameras out there today, but it does it better than most.

    How much Vacation time do you get?

    I get 12 weeks off, but that was negotiated in my contract when I hired on. I also work anywhere from 60-70 hrs a week, so if you look at the other associates that work 40 hr weeks with 8 weeks vacation I get screwed. lol I also have to use some of those days for Continuing Education.
