DrySol is what you want. It is made for this exact problem.
In the old days they used formaldehyde to treat hyperhidrosis. It essentially melted the very top layer of skin and plugged up the sweat glands. Yikes! Stick with DrySol.
I had a Nosler M48 in 300WSM. Currently have a Fierce in 300WSM. Both great rifles. Handled well. Shot great.

You can try blocking it. Knitters block finished pieces to settle in the final shape and fit. Google “blocking wool sweater” for ideas. It’s pretty easy to do.
