I feel I get so much more out of this type of challenge. I did the cold bow for a few years and I learn a lot about my limits, but I also get confidence in knowing what I've been successful at before. I missed a mule deer buck at 365 a few years ago and told myself, you need to get better. Now...
600 yards with a Christensen Arms Ridgeline in 7 mm rem mag. With a Magpul bipod and an Athlon Ares scope. This is my first new rifle in over 20 years (primarily a bow hunter) so had to stretch funds.
Norma Whitetail 150 grain rounds ( not my hunting rounds but new gun and I need the trigger...
I got a preference point added as my first choice then if I click on the "awarded" it shows my "accepted " app listed under awarded so looks like I drew my second choice.

Good thing is I accrue 8.5 hours every 2 weeks so it adds back up quick!!
I think I can carry a little over 400 per year. I really try to keep it over 200 in case of an emergency.

So... headed to Key Largo and Duck Key 11/1 for a week any advice on what to use ? Mainly just casting from a dock or shore. Not looking to catch anything huge just something to have fun and pass the time. Thanks, Ed
This is more and more what I'm leaning towards. I do get the pay outright thought process, but it is so easy to just set up a separate account with monthly transfers. Thank you for the advice everyone.
Thank you, yes lived in the house for 10 years. I plan on getting professional help just wanted to at least hear some advice and some thoughts so that I can be familiar with what we discuss. I know the return won't be much but I know her and she will not give me more than the minimal discount...
So... just got divorced and I have some financial questions.
1. Capital gains. We are selling the house but how does this work with a divorce? I hope to buy an another home just not sure how long it will take me.
2. I will pay out $800 a month for 5 years for "spousal support". I will pay it...
