I shoot the No Excuses 50 cal 460gr bullet. They shoot great, and have great weight retention. I have shot 5 elk with them, one bull went about 40 yards, the other elk went less than that.
I used to shoot 295 gr power belts…I shot a cow with them, and never found her.
The main point of my post was to draw attention to the fact that there are companies out there that are financially supporting organizations that are fighting to take away the activities that we all like to do, ie. hunting, fishing and trapping.

I like their videos, but I find it ironic that they are spreading the word of god all while filming in a wilderness area, which is illegal and lawless which is considered a sin.
I have a pair of Schnees hunter 2’s. I’ve had them for about 10 years. There was little to no break in for them when they were new and are still going strong! The downside to insulated boots without a removable liner is they will take forever to dry out in a tent.
I second the Schnees hunter 2 in a 13”. They are comfortable all day long and even if the snow is deeper than the boots, hardly any snow goes down the boot.
