Carrying a pistol while scouting

Yes, Glock20 for me most the time. I'm not in grizzly country often but every year or so someone get's eaten by a black bear as well. Really, I just feel more comfortable having a firearm in the woods. I have ran into some questionable folks on trail and in the parking lot at trail heads.

Anyone come to a realization how much weight they could cut...

I'm 5' 11" and was 186 last summer and 156 this morning. Just went to very low carb and do Keto about half time, probably more this spring. It's not that hard. Verify Ketones with blood test strips. Way way easier than trying to be low calorie. Screw that. Eat Fat etc. Now the problem is I...

Worried about theft back at the truck while hunting?

Utah Earthquake

My first earthquake, live in Ogden area, scared the crap out of me. Big boom sound in the house, maybe something in the foundation, sounded like a sonic boom but then reallly weird because I felt it in the floor. Then a swaying feeling I couldn't figure out what was happening for a sec. Damaged...
