Try a plot watcher camera. They take a picture at an interval determined by you, then turns it into a video. You get a time laps video of each day. Batteries last months,just use a large SD card.

Currently running a HC 7000 I did ad a third compression strap. I have been through my share of bags, this is my favorite. I wouldn't change bags yet, run it for awhile and see what you like or don't like. Switching without using it would a waste of cash without developing a baseline.
No way id put a stove in one, not enough room. I do like it for Missouri it works fine...I worried about it comming apart in colorado last year in a couple of storms. It doesnt have enough ancor points to be that secure.
I had one, used it last year as a day pack up to 4 days. Frame is,adjustable up to 20 inches..not tall enough for me...gave it to a much shorter buddy who loves it. Flexible and comfortable with plenty of pockets.
I have an alaskan guide case. I used thevstraps KIfaru sells for ataching their handwarmer to your shoulder straps. I put on the alaskan guide case then my pack then connect the buckles and tighten. Works great..no pressure on my neck.
