Thats a great deal. I picked mine up for $800 with stove, no vestibule and was happy. Only negative with the Alaknaks that i can find is the permanent floor. Would be nice to have the option to remove.
For anyone interested, try kre-alkalyn to avoid any of the water retention and cramping that occurs with Monohydrate. Saw my best gains by far on the Kre-Alkalyn pills. Easy to use (take pills), no loading cycle, etc.
I also own the Alaknak 12x20 and have no complaints, especially for the money. It seems to be easier to find lightly used Alaknaks then canvas wall tents online.
