My 30-06 is a back up gun for an upcoming elk hunt. I wanted to leave the scope set where it is for my deer loads, as the deer season will be shortly after I get home. I tried the Barnes Vor Tx 168 g TTSX BT. It shot 4" high at 100, 2.5 high at 220, and 2" low at 300. Is anyone surprised there...

Trouble with Schnees Beartooth II- need help for options ASAP

Never thought of that. Pretty simple. Long range forecast is fairly dry. Maybe get a couple pairs of waterproof socks? Then return them after the hunt... I was going to ship them back when UPS delivered the new ones. Glad I still have them.
