    I didn't witness the event, but saw the aftermath. Years ago a friend has some turkey poult's cross the road in front of him. He decides he's he's always wanted a pet turkey and jumps out to run one down and grab it. He accomplished grabbing one when momma came out of no where and whooped him...

    Aging low and mid back.

    I was in a bad car accident 8 years ago. Messed my lower back up. After 4 months of physical therapy they sent me on my way and gave me a regiment of core strengthening activities. Stretching, planks, squats, some band exercises and what not. The stronger my core got the better my back got...

    I went from vac sealing(found same issues as mentioned above) to the saran wrap and freezer paper, which I felt was an improvement. I got sick of messing with the saran wrap, tearing it, keeping it flat, etc. I now buy the cheaper gallon baggies that do not have the "zip" feature, the ones...
