    Scope mounting loctite or not?

    Holy f@ck this went to hell in a hurry. I use blue loctite because it works and gives peace of mind that the screws won’t one loose. Don’t use loctite, won’t hurt my feelings, but if I can lower the chances of something going wrong I will.

    Scope mounting loctite or not?

    I’ve always used blue loctite on bases and rings. Use to torque to spec but now I torque to 20-22” lbs on the rings.

    What’s going on with the Factory Hornady 7 PRC ammo?????

    Not sure if anyone else has tried the nosler but my gun hated it, was out again today to do some more shooting and picked a box up to try. Hornady eldm averaged 2797 fps with a .736 moa 5 shot group and the Nosler while quite a bit faster at 2938 fps averaged a 4.08 moa 5 shot group.

    I bought a carbon rogue 7PRC and couldn’t be happier. Didn’t love factory eld-x but shoots the eld-m great. If I would have read the Fierce disaster thread before hand I may not have bought one, but I’m happy with it.
