    Hey, I'm new to the Helena area and have been doing some scouting around Unit 392. I've seen some good sign and a handful of deer and elk already. I'm curious how crowded it gets. Any insight on what kind of hunting pressure is in this unit? Archery or gun.

    Thanks for the tip on the Gazetteer! I have Onx and I will buy the Montana extension once I move. Yeah some people are like that. You've just gotta laugh about it and move on.

    Thank for all the advice! It sounds like it shouldn't be too hard to find some deer. Do you guys usually find them in the timber, high country, broken hilly fronts? Or is it all of the above as long as you are looking hard enough?
