Hands down the best tenderloins I’ve ever had. It was from a November rut ram and the hide and the meat had quite a bit of odor. I soaked the tenderloins in heavy cream over night, rinsed and trimmed well and did basic seasonings. Probably the best meat I’ve ever had.

Those two books are great. I do ultra endurance events occasionally and all the information you need is in those with maybe a little tweaking for carrying heavier packs.
Mark Twight’s Extreme Alpinism has good info as do some of his newer books through NonProphet like the Endurance Manual...
If you get to a point where you decide to separate I would be interested in the stove. I just ordered the tent a few days ago otherwise I’d be probably by the package. [emoji1750]
