For sale: Mystery Ranch Terraframe 65. Size is S/M (I’m 6’2, 165, 22 inch torso). Purchased in 2020 and with Covid and having our first born, it’s just been hanging in the garage. Only used for one 3 day backcountry fishing trip. Hip pocket included.
The frame is the newer guide light mt frame...
Looking to offload this phantom 30. Bought new from MH in early 2021. I prefer quilts and recently had a child so this bag isn’t getting much use. $350 obo. Retails for $480.
850 fill, long, left zip. Used 4 nights.
No snags, tears, rips. No down poking through. It really is a great bag I...
Love the Klamath. I also have the kiln, but never use them together. I run warm so it’s the kiln for early season and I switch to the Klamath once it gets cooler. I typically run a wick, either kiln or Klamath, then puffy if necessary. Or if it’s colder and I’m moving the catalyst on top instead...
Does anyone have any first hand experience with the furnace? I really dig the henley and I think it would be great for waterfowl but I run pretty warm and already have the Klamath which is my all time favorite piece.
Looking forward to hearing how you like it. My brother informed me about these vests and despite the fact that I don't do much upland, I am really liking them. He just moved to Nevada so I'm thinking an upland trip is in my future.
Mostly solo backcountry or backcountry hunting and fishing with my brother. Currently rocking a duplex but wanting something a little less fussy. My wife refuses to go floorless. haha This would be nice for us on scouting missions as well I am thinking.
Great stuff! My brother just moved to Nevada and I tasked him with finding us a good place to get some waterfowl when I head up to visit. This gives me hope!
Thanks for this Josh. I’m looking at either the flight or Gila as a summer scouting/backpacking pack. I love the idea of the flight just hesitant due to some of the reviews mentioning trouble for longer torso-ed individuals.
I have this pack and can't recommend it enough. Used to for a 4 day backcountry fly fishing trip where I carried my gear and most of my wife's. Didn't even have to use the loadout shelf. I had some initial discomfort but once I got the fit right, it was perfect. As stated above, awesome pack!
