    There is an even quicker way and a lot more excess to federal land. just unlock all the gates on national forest land and get rid of the forest service road use maps and let us go where we used to be able to go.

    As a general rule the higher the letoff the slower the speed but in reality speed loss will be minable . To me valley is a lot more important than letoff.
