And you're positive it's the EHR range that's displaying, not LOS? I have the 3200.com, so not exactly the same, but I had an issue where it was set to EHR, but kept only giving me LOS. I actually thought for a minute I had cracked the code and got it to display just the EHR range lol, but nope...
Pretty sure, yeah. I went off the sizing guide for the HD-Bs when I ordered it, and they say medium for those, and there's a small "M" tag at the inside bottom of the pack. I took a picture with a measuring tape at the bottom so you can compare to yours though.
I have the 3200s and the enclosed Marsupial Gear harness, in a medium size I believe. It's a snug fit, but it definitely works. So if you want to stick with Marsupial Gear, you certainly can.
