Hunted backpacked camped and fished since a boy. Have full gear for both backpack backcountry and wall tent base camps. Rifle and bow. Hunt whitetail in MI, been West for elk, QC for moose. No physical limitations on distance or elevation for my age. Looking to get another decade or more of good hunts in. More elk, pronghorn, moose are planned. Maybe a goat or ram one day. Interested in teaming up with folks from MI, OH, IN, or IL for location plans, drive out and base camps. I read a lot. I don’t return to camp for lunch, or go to “town” at night. Don’t drink much, but enjoy a good story around the camp at days end. Don’t road hunt or deer drives or feeders/food plots.
