    Need Help Finding a Treestand Pack

    I just got a mystery ranch pintler and really like it so far. Bungeed hawk heliums to my xop vanish and put it on the meat shelf and it carries easy. There are two straps on the bag I’d assume you could strap your bow to, but I haven’t tried it.

    I think the perfect hunting arrow will have a trajectory you’re accurate with, while being heavy enough for good penetration, and tipped with a broadhead you can get and keep scary sharp.

    Down mid layer vs expensive outer layer for colder hunts

    I’m going to try out down as a mid layer this year. I’m mostly nervous about the noise. Layering fleece under cabelas wooltimate was the ticket this year down into the teens. I also have never hunted in expensive outers to compare anything to.

    What's your favorite caliber?

    30-06 with 150 grain. Gonna try a 308 with 180 grain bullets this season because I’m having a hard time finding 30-06 rounds.
