Post up pics of your pups

MY sidekicks Hope (Border Collie) and Beau (blonde mutt) are always up for a good adventure. My 16yo Border Collie Riley, who passed away in October 2022 loved nothing more than irrigating and riding in farm equipment with me. She will always occupy a special irrigation ditch in my heart.

    MT unlimited sheep

I could've shaved 9 lbs off my pack by leaving the rifle at home. Spent 7 days in there over the opener and didn't see a sheep. Hoping to get back in for another week in early October if the quota stays open. Weather was everything from hot to rain to chilly in the mornings. Had a blast and...

    Tires

I have been using the Cooper ST Maxx's for several years now on my Dodge 3500. The current set has roughly 20,000 miles on them and they have held up very well. A good portion of those miles have included pulling stock trailers on gravel and farm roads, and I've yet to have a flat. Based on...

    Anyone have a Bergara rifle

My wife uses a B-14 Hunter chambered in .270. She loves the gun and has been deadly accurate with it. It shoots Barnes TTSX 130 gr factory loads with MOA accuracy. The gun is a little heavy, but I don't think she minds as it has very little recoil as a result. I'd I highly recommend it anyone.

    Horse Hunting Solo

I go alone with stock pretty regularly and have done so for quite some time. My gear is pretty well dialed in at this point and I can get away with one rider and one pack horse if It’s not too cold. When the snow starts to pile up I’ll take two pack horses so I have a small wall tent and...

    Pictures of loaded pack animals

One of my favorite yet bittersweet memories. The lone packhorse was 24 at the time and babysat me through a lot of moments of stupidity! Poor old boy was getting pretty stiff and miserable, and sadly didn’t make it through the winter. This photo was his last trip coming out of the high country.
