    Lightweight 1-4x ?

Was wondering how you liked the TR25 after a full season and what reticle you went with?

Best-tracking riflescope on the market under $2000?

Recently picked up a Trijicon Accupoint and it tracks great so far, quite a difference from the sub $300 scopes I've used in the past.

    sitka 120 merino hoody

In for the sizing info as well, I'm usually LT and go XL if tall isn't available may give it a shot.

Kodiak sea duck hunt in January

I'd make sure you have a really good water proof outer layer. I would sk the outfitters and see if they recommend gortex like a sitka hudson or boreal vs a fully waterproof jacket like helly hansen or grundens rubber.

    IQ Sights

I got the 3 pin after the season to experiment with shooting peepless, because I hate peeps in low light white tail hunting in new england, and so far so good but havent hauled it up and down a tree yet so can't speak to durability. The pin adjustment isnt as fine as other brands, the housing...

    Shotgun optics with slugs

1-4 or 2-7 scope is plenty, I've used Nikon Prostaff 2-7 (hold zero but not great in low light), Leupold Vx1 and 3 (no issues), next scope will be a Trijicon Accupoint 1-4 as I want an illuminated reticle and 1X will be nice for still hunting or moving targets.

WTS Lever gun rails and misc optic accessories

Is the mount still available? Just picked up a Henry Big Boy Steel 44 carbine (H012) and I'm exploring scope mounting options, maybe you can save me some time!

    Saddle Hunting

First season hunting out of the saddle, also used my climber and hang-on depending on the situation. I rediscovered my hatred of multiple sticks on a mobile setup and once I tried one sticking I quickly knew it would be my go-to method of gun hunting from now on. I still haven't got comfortable...

    Trijicon Huron

I'm in the same boat deciding between the two for a 45cal muzzleloader for new england whitetail hunting.

Best method for carrying a climber.

Best option I've found is a climber with backpack straps and fanny pack, strap jacket to the climber.

Anybody actually use the Kifaru large belt pouch on their belt?

I've used the large pouch on my guide lid and also on my tree saddle as it fits 40ft 9mm rope and a madrock safeguard, it's a big pouch.

are powerbelts any good for deer

Our shots in MA/NH are typically ~50 yards, I've killed at least a dozen deer with powerbelt hollowpoint .50 295gr with the green base. In my experience they do a lot of damage to the deer but don't leave great blood trails. That said they get the job done!

    Tick Repellant

Sawyers permetherin! Apply and let dry, don't apply while you're wearing the clothes, last over a month.

    WTS EWO climbing sticks

What length and would you sell 2 of them?

    Saddle hunting

First season hunting out of a saddle (not exclusively) and like for streamlining profile walking into the brush but its really hard to add layers once you're up. Still playing around with it but may end up being more of an early season deal for me personally.
