So long as you aren't trying to photograph birds in flight, I'd lean towards the micro four thirds eco system.
Tons of offerings from Panasonic and Olympus.
The Panasonic G9 is a very good value. If you want something a little smaller, the Olympus EM5 series would be worth a look.
Nice thing...
If the temps are truly going to be 20-40, the Boreal would be my choice as that's it's ideal temperature rating in my opinion.
The Delta wading jacket is a great piece and is my primary jacket in early and mid season but needs serious layering to be comfortable below 40f.
I own both and the Kelvin is the warmer jacket when worn as an outer layer, the Chamberlain is the warmer jacket when you layer over it.
Both are great jackets
Looking for a puffy Jacket without a hood to layer with.
Ideally I want a First Lite Chamberlin without the hood.
Something with 8oz or more of 700 or 800 weight down.
What's out there? Anyone have one they like?
Just use paper to get close then bare shaft tune to get truly dialed in. Any bow that I've bare shaft tuned will put broadheads in the same spot as field points.
The blizzard isn't as warm as the Kuiu jacket and doesn't pack as nice. It's also not as warm as the Sitka Down WS hoody for that matter.
But the Gore-Tex is nice and it's much heavier duty jacket.
At 55lbs you're going to be pretty limited on what you can do with an arrow.
I'd focus on finding 2 blade fixed broadhead that flies good for your setup and have at it.
Warmest would be the Rab by a wide margin, then the Arctery followed by the LL Bean and Eddie Bauer.
How cold of temps are your intended use? Active or stationary?
