    Are you looking to make a rope/link style sausage or something more like trail bologna? If you're going to make a rope/link style sausage, get some good hog casings and soak them in cool/cold water for at least an hour if you have time, if you're pressed for time, you can put them in lukewarm...

    Backpack hunting the east?

    I spend ade I'm in Brookville and plan on exclusively hunting the ANF this year (done with leasing after I discovered how great the hunting is once you get just a little further in past the easy access stuff) and can always use some new hunting buddies if you ever wanna throw up a camp.

    2019 Montana Velvet Whitetail

    One hour or 10, it's still something you'll remember forever, great buck! I've never had the chance to kill a velvet buck but I am hoping to change that next year.
