    I also bought my can through a local dealer. My son bought his through silencer shop. We’ve both bought mounts directly from griffin and had no problems. The minimalist ti break at 1oz for about $100 is a really nice piece. Taper mount works damn well too.

    Is there anything in particular you don’t like about the Optimus micro? It’s on my short list for a second rimfire can and the fact that you can use it on 223 seems like a huge bonus to me. Am I missing something?

    I have an old inherited 110 in 243 in my safe as well. I’ve come close to starting the rebuild a couple times, but I can buy a tikka and any upgrades I want for it for similar money and have a way better rifle.

    How are you guys liking this round? Any body shooting it out of a 20” barrel? What kind of velocity are you seeing? I’m considering switching to this once my wsm barrel is toasted. Ammo is fairly available in my area, at least enough so to build up a pile of brass for reloading.
