    In my opinion, you can leave it loaded for an extended length of time unless you see moisture (rain, fog, snow) or you leave it out in the cold then bring it into a warm area causing a lot of condensation.     Best Thumb Release

    I use a Stan SX3. If you have the luxury to try a bunch side by side, that’s what I would do if I were you. At the very least, I would get one that’s fully adjustable as far where the thumb button is located on the release and how much tension it takes to trip it.
