    Switch back to a flip phone for a couple years….it’s a good compromise between cold turkey……I did and my kids thought I was insane… it was actually peaceful and could still answer the phone…. Texting was tough.

    PPO or HSA health account

    HSA here for the last 16 years.. high deductible 12k family. Wife and 4 kids.. I max out the contribution every year, this year is $7700 I believe. The amount comes off my taxes , and we have used the HSA money to pay for two sets of kids braces , dental appointments and other health expenses...
