    Has your dog been injured?

Lots of chipped broken teeth from cattle. Got stepped on the paw by a yearling steer and it scrapped the paw skin off. She was one tough heeler and she howled and howled. Had to hurt. Vet sewed her up. Ran over a electric fence ground rod and it ripped her arm pit skin wide open. One...

    First Suppressor - recommendations

I’m not much of a tree stand hunter, I have a few times, but I’m not really understanding why the length is a big deal. Especially if there’s a rest of some kind to shoot off of. I’m also in the camp of getting a suppressor for max suppression.

What do you run in your elk pack???

The only time I run is when I’m out of ammo.

    '98 Land Cruiser experiences?

I have a 99 with the diff lock. I agree with what above posters have said. The 100s are an awesome mix of hwy and dirt road and some off road performance. I love mine as a hunting vehicle. It is way more off road capable than I am. And plenty of comfort for getting to the hunting areas and off...

    Silencer Central

I hear all kinds of advertising for silencer central on podcasts. I don't know if I've ever heard even one from silencer shop. I went with SS based on forum reviews and they had a suppressor that I wanted. It was pretty painless (other than the atf part) and was pretty much as described in...

    Grizzly Country Questions

You have some risk just being there. But your best chance for a bad encounter with a bear is going back to retrieve meat after it's been left overnight, or really any amount of time. If you have to leave meat and come back for it proceed with extreme caution. And if there's a bear on it let...

How to catch an untrapable mouse.

Use antifreeze in the bottom of the bucket trap for cold places. I keep one in my barn. Works great.

How to catch an untrapable mouse.

Glue traps arranged so there Is no way around or through them without hitting the glue. Including the edges of the trap where there is no glue. Overlap them. Peanut butter in the glue too.

Leupold Boone and crocket reticle worth the extra cost over a regular duplex?

My buddy used the B&C reticle in my scope to kill a bull elk at just over 400 yards. Shot him twice. Worked great. This was after several days of riding around in my scabbard on my horse.

    Spartan Gunsmith Adapter

I wonder if all stock materials are compatible with inletting the gunsmith adapter. Maybe they are idk. But if a gunsmith has any trouble installing one that would disqualify them immediately from any other work. I’ve put two in McMillan stocks and they are EASY.
