A few years ago we got into a spot the ticks were THICK. I hate those bastards. Each one that crawled on me got a death sentence and was cut in half with a little folding knife I keep in my bino harness. No bears that trip but I bet I killed close to 1000 ticks.
Dang, that sucks big time. I hate the feeling that insurance does everything they can to stiff you after overcharging you every month. Hope you get it all sorted out.
Ha! That idea right there is almost enough for me to schedule an out of state once in a lifetime roboelk hunt! I would have to get an AR with multiple magazines so I could really give him hell before they got to me.
I am on the same page! Even though I think it would be fun to shoot a turkey with the red dot sight, I am using the plain old 12 gauge for myself. I am hoping to get my 60 lb 8-year-old daughter out next year. I think her shooting the 410 vs the 12 gauge could be the difference between her...

My wife had it done and was in ROUGH shape for over a week. I looked at the back of her throat after and it was absolutely disgusting. Hope you heal up soon.
I don't know how I have never seen this thread. In January, on a whim, I took the content test to be a physics tutor on tutor.com. I have been doing it for a few months now. I am not going to get rich doing it, but it gives me something to do when I have time and makes me a better teacher in...
Luckily, I had a friend who had done all of the research already. He sent me a list of everything I needed to convert it from AliExpress. Everything I needed plus some extras, like headlight and display came in at just over $1000. I picked the bike up for $700. I could have stopped there...
The unit I elk hunt is close to a populated area. During September most of the pullouts have RVs and the dirt roads look like a circus of people flying up and down on motorcycles and ATVs. I rarely run into anybody after I leave the trail and start hiking. When you do run into people in areas...
