Archery tags are unlimited but the vast majority of units restrict you to spike or cow.
Rifle tags are on a quota system - any bull and spike only. Both reach thier quota and sell out in a few days. Again the vast majority of utah is spike only units

The very worst way to join any hunting forum is finding out you drew a tag and immediately start pumping for unit information.
I recommend looking around and joining in some of the other conversations your interested in. Becoming an active member of the community definitely increases the odds...
Only the general deer and anterless tags are issued by preference.
Limited entry tags have bonus points. 50% of these tags are reserved for those with the most points and the other half of the tags go in a random draw.

Talley light wieght rings worked great for me too until they didn't.

I can tell reading isn't as high on the list as posting.
This isn't a debate it's a data collection to assemble what everyone believes is important to the management of wolves then where they ailine and where there are possible compromises. I'm not sure it'll work but it definitely won't if...
I have very little trust in this process but the pro-wolf community will no doubt be flooding them with emails so we as hunters should atlest submit our comments too.
