    yes, just contact tribal fish and game and get their permits. some do it online and others are in person only and can be difficult to catch in the office.

    buffalo dry out pretty fast when they are hanging, much like wild game. i would not do much on the aging side. I really enjoyed the cubed steaks. Helped me get some cuts other than obvious steak cuts and lots of burger. I prefer to cut up whole muscle cuts. freeze them and use them...

    Iam driving a limited visibility buddy up for the hunt. I plan to just hang out in that country while he does their wilderness hunt. I was slated to join him but I can't give that kind of money for a moose so I've bailed but still taking him. My eyes were bigger than my wallet this year...
