    Getting a kettlebell or two could be beneficial. You can do a lot of different exercises with one and I have found that swings have made carrying a heavy pack much easier.

    I have had good success with JB weld epoxy. It has to cure for 24 hrs but gives a really strong bond and is cheap.

    Of all the sights I have used spot Hogg is the best. I have a 7 pin hunter but 5 pin is probably a better choice. I don’t use the last two pins that often.

    I wear my Asolo TPS 535’s when training in the mountains or bad weather. I have some lightweight north face hikers for training on flat.

    Mix in some kettlebell swings, they will definitely help improve squats and deadlifts. Check out Strong First for good videos on technique.

    Looking for a compound bow for my daughter. Suggestions for a quality set up at a reasonable price? Currently she is shooting a plastic recurve from Cabela’s and needs an upgrade. Mostly shoots 3D.
