Smoked Whitetail hind quarter

I have never tried it myself, but have seen recipes that inject then soak in brine for 7-10 days. Smoke to 150 degrees. Hope to see more input and to hear about your results.

I'm right there with you PAhntr, I am new to Rokslide and joined to get some help selecting a pack large enough to pack out a mule deer and small enough to be comfortable comfortable.
