I use the 14 strands if D97 with .026, they fit perfect on my nocks. Can’t even tell you what make the nocks are, they are the same ones I have used for a few decades.
My preferred broadhead is the Eclipse 145 with bleeder, makes it 153+/-, I take the bleeders out for moose. Any well made broadhead will get it done, if it fly‘s good.
My belief: Most people would be better off spending the time spend worrying about their broadhead, practicing putting the arrow...
Looks like Andy will get you in the ballpark. There no exacts when a human is involved. Your release, type string, type bow, and actual
draw length ( most people think they draw farther than they do), along with numerous other things will affect the spine of your arrows.
