There about 8-10 Desert BH Land owner tags in Texas a year.
Problem with mexico is you have to be aware of the turn out rams with thin shaved hooves.
OP for a BH Id look at Land Owner tags in CO and NM and then Desert look at TX first then NM, then MX

IMO its probably the straw argument back to conception rates. When they took the southwest and turned it in draw it was all about pressure and conception rates thus contributing to poor recruitment.
They haven't significantly lowered tag numbers in those units and they typically have left...
