    Same experience here with guide pros, they fall apart after a while. Wasn’t a big deal with lifetime warranty. But that is no more. Pretty disappointing. As long as you destroy them in under a year (most likely) then shouldn’t be problem to warranty in that time period.

    The beauty part is that if you go with Alum stays you can bend them to custom fit your exact back profile. A tweak here or there can pay dividends when loaded down heavy.

    Whatever you go with throw them on a tripod, it’s a game changer. Imo. I hunt sheep with 12x50s. Worth the weight penalty to me anyhow. In contrast. My old man uses 10x32s for sheep. He couldn’t be bothered with a tripod.

    Have to second the above. Lightweight and decently warm. Wish it had a cinch on the bottom. I am a 34 waist and it is borderline moo-moo-esque. I didn’t expect it to. But it has become my everday wear.

    Thanks guys. I was a little concerned since all the kifaru fitment videos state to center the middle stitch of the waistbelt on the top of the hip bone. This would put the buckle pretty much above my navel. Guess I will try it out and see I guess. Thanks again.

    Looking for a little advice from the collective... So I have really high bitchly hips and have been struggling with packs. The top of my hipbone is approx 4" above my waistline and waist belts usually end up over my navel or slightly higher when fitting the waist pads as per usual over my hip...

    Came across these online from Teton sports. Looking at the synthetic 0deg mummy bag for around 100$. Any experience with this company? Is the product on par with the cost? Or stay away and buy a seemingly higher quality for more cost? Thanks in advance.

    Thanks, hasn't thought of the fact that blades could snap forward on abrupt stops. However, both "stubs" were in the rearward or deployed position.
