Crossed my mind too. I don't think it matters for people drawing OIL type stuff but it's easy to come back to these threads in fall and see where people went.
I have shot IW and magnus and both are good.
Anything will work and anything won’t depending on where you hit an elk, so I’d find something that is good quality, durable, flies well and is easy to sharpen.

The 6cm makes the most sense probably. I'm already setup with a 6.5 (once my rokstock shows up) I think at this point I'll just hunt with the 6.5cm and 143 ELD-X or 147 ELD-Ms. More rounds shot rather than messing around with a new gun is going to be more beneficial for me I think.
