    Went with 76 and got the affirmative email last week. Time to dial in the bow and get the fitness 100% squared away. I've got at least one buddy coming out to help on one trip, possibly a second for a second trip, then maybe a third solo trip. Will be camping and scouting there in two weeks...

    Colorado here. I drew mountain goat after 7 years in 2012, I drew a ram tag this year after 16 years. It was the hunt of a lifetime and worth the wait. Now I'll try to get a desert bighorn tag for 5 years while I sit in the penalty box. At 45 years old I doubt I'll ever draw a rocky mountain...

    What made you Happy today?

    Great idea for a thread. Life is good and we need to be grateful! I'm in taper week for first rifle elk season next weekend. Yesterday was a 4 mile hike in some beautiful country, today is an off day that included cooking up a couple meals for elk camp and finishing off the garden harvesting.
