How long do you give someone to pay?

I think it depends on the situation. I've been out of town and contacted a seller letting them know I'd be home the next day to send payment. I do not like doing any type of transactions online away from home.

I've had a few situations where I know I was the first person to reply here and by PM saying I wanted an item and it was sold out from underneath me.
Communications is key. I've held an item for a few days several times for people.

Well he got 48 hours after I gave him PayPal instructions. Zero communication since then.

Another person paid straight away, just like he said he would.

I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. That is more than adequate time imo. Different if he said it would be a cpl days or something

If he was in AK something recent might of held him up but in that case he probably isn’t thinking about it.

Some of us (maybe just me) have a flip phone, and rarely use it anyway.
